For some reason I always seem to miss Last Comic Standing at its regular time. Thankfully Last Comic Standing full episodes are streamed online. Here are 2 of those episodes for your viewing pleasure.

I’ve been waiting for the last episode of Last Comic Standing to be posted online so I can watch Last Comic Standing online since I missed the regular show time. Unfortunately, they said it would be posted a few days ago, but it still isn’t posted.

In the meantime I found the full videos of the comics from Last Comic Standing. Here’s the full set of Ku that I thought was pretty funny. Seeing their entire set of jokes is much better than the chopped up bits we get on the full Last Comic Standing episodes.

Last Comic Standing Season 6 Streamed Online

I just read that full episodes of Last Comic standing are going to be available online starting next week. Don’t ask me why they’re waiting a week to stream the full episodes of Last Comic Standing, but that’s what I read. I plan on embedding the full episodes of Last Comic Standing Season 6 right here on this blog. Watch for them soon. Until then, here’s a video recap of the funny stuff that’s happened so far in New York and Tempe:

I must admit that I love the star judges they’re using as the talent scouts for Last Comic Standing Season 6. A nice touch.

Summer 2008 Reality TV Season Premiers

Yesterday my wife told me that there was nothing to watch on TV, because all the TV shows that we liked were ending their seasons. I retorted that So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Got Talent would be starting up soon. Today I went online to check when season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance would start. Unfortunately, I was a little off on my dates. They are planning the Two Hour Season Premiere, Thursday May 22 8/7c. Farther away than I thought it would be. Oh well, we’ll find something to do in the mean time.

Looks like America’s Got Talent is even farther away “NBC has announced America’s Got Talent’s third season will premiere with a two-hour broadcast on Tuesday, June 24 at 9PM ET/PT.”

A few other summer season premiers:
Last Comic Standing’s sixth season will premiere Thursday, May 22 at 9:30PM ET/PT
Nashville Star’s sixth season will debut Monday, June 9 at 9:30PM ET/PT - I’m so glad that this is on NBC now and off of cable. I really love this show and with NBC resources it should be that much better.
Celebrity Circus will premiere Wednesday, June 11 at 9PM ET/PT - I don’t know much details about this, but the title sounds pretty interesting.
The Baby Borrowers will debut Wednesday, June 25 at 8PM ET/PT - Tell you what, I won’t let you borrow my babies, you can just have them.

I also read that The Amazing Race 13 is filming. I can’t wait!

1/2 - Dana Andrews Kicked Off Rockstar Supernova and Michele Balan Kicked Off Last Comic Standing

As a follow up to my previous predictions Lost Comic Standing and Rockstar Supernova Tonight - Michele Balan and Zayra Are Going Home. So I was completely off on picking Dana Andrews to be kicked off Rockstar Supernova. However, Michele Balan was really a no brainer to be kicked off Last Comic Standing. I guess picking 1/2 isn’t too bad.

I think I’m done predicting Rockstar Supernova. Last Comic Standing is going to be difficult now. Ty Barnett finally did better than Chris Porter which was a big surprise for me. So, sadly I think Chris Porter is going home next week. I feel bad for him since he really has some good material. However, he just didn’t do good last night. I guess we’ll see next week.

Lost Comic Standing and Rockstar Supernova Tonight - Michele Balan and Zyeda Are Going Home

Tonight there are 2 interesting reality shows going on:Rockstar Supernova and Last Comic Standing. I think there’s no question which one will be watched and which one will be watched during commercials. Last Comic Standing is 100 times better than Rockstar Supernova. Although, don’t get me wrong. I am glad that Rockstar Supernova is on tonight because it will be a great show to flip to during the commercials. I hate when I don’t have a second show that I can flip to.

The flip principle doesn’t apply to shows like Law and Order because you have to stay focused on the show. However, in reality shows you can flip all you want. Now if my remote would just finally get the channel recall button I would be even happier. I was just wondering what happened to picture in picture. That use to be all the hype in TV’s, but I haven’t heard about it for years.

Here’s my predictions that you can take to the bank:
On Last Comic Standing Michele Balan is definitely going HOME!! She should have gone home before. Reading the entertaining Last Comic Standing blog I realized that maybe she had some risky content that got cut from the show, but people in the audience liked. Either way, it’s time for her to hit the road.

Rockstar Supernova should be interesting, but I’m going with the comments on my previous Rockstar Supernova post that Zayra is going home.

Last Comic Standing Thoughts and Episodes Online

Last night I missed the episode of Last Comic Standing. I was a little dissappointed until I found full versions of the head to head performances online. That’s nice because the best part of the show is the comedy. Sure, some of the drama makes the comedy more interesting and entertaining, but the comedy is what really takes the cake. I think Last Comic Standing should take a queue from other reality TV and bring on some professional comics as guest acts. That would be even more entertaining.

I don’t really know why I watch the show, since Chris Porter is the best comedian on the show. However Josh Blue will probably get the sympathy vote. Sure Josh is very funny, but he isn’t nearly as good as Chris Porter. Chris has a refined style and his roast was like a seasoned pro.

I’m so glad that Roz“>Roz got kicked off the show because I was tired of hearing her SCREAMING!! She had some ok material, but the screaming got very tiring.

Now if they could just get the full episodes online so I can watch those when I miss the show then I’ll be happy. Until then I’ll have to just settle for the comedy routines they post on the website.

I was looking for last nights show recap and they just had episode 8’s recap which I’m including here since the website’s sucks at a quick recap:
Roz
Roz was the first comedian on stage for Last Comic Standing’s first voting show. She said it before and she said it again, “I don’t have jokes, I have problems.” From there, she delved into the world of fat jokes, white men, and the smell of Krispy Kreme donuts.

Ty Barnett
Up next was Ty and his surprise at finding out that his hometown of Chicago doesn’t have a great reputation. He also doesn’t understand everyone’s need to appear tough, and is baffled at how the government had no clue that Hurricane Katrina was coming.
Chris Porter
Oprah’s boot camp has helped Chris Porter lose over 1,000 pounds, but that’s beside the point. Chris riffed on the club scene, the difficulty of drinking and not smoking at the same time, and what it’s like at a Catholic Mass.
Josh Blue
In the fourth spot was “Paula Abdul’s neurosurgeon,” Josh Blue! Josh hopped across the stage to great applause only he didn’t have any material…just kidding. His act touched on the seductive art of the ménage a tois, Gabriel’s infamous phone calls, and people who are condescending to those with disabilities.

Michele Balin
Last, but certainly not least, was New Yorker Michele Balin who was impressed with her professional hair and makeup job. But not all was for laughs as she talked about depression in the news, and told a story about deciding to work on her tan rather than jumping off her roof.
