If you missed tonight’s Miss Universe Pageant 2008, then you missed Miss America falling on her butt after tripping on her dress. Check out the video of Miss America tripping over her dress:

I mean seriously, the one thing you’re asked to do for a pageant is to walk around without tripping. Is it really all that hard?

Apparently it is for Miss America, since it happened last year too. Here’s the video of Miss America’s fall from last year and the subsequent booing she received.

One thing that I did learn from the Miss Universe Pageant tonight was that despite all of our cultural differences, every country in the nation has one thing in common: beautiful women.

Of course, I couldn’t do a post on Pageant mess ups without posting Miss South Carolina’s Miss Teen USA 2007 answer. I’ve seen this and listened to it probably 20 times and it still astounds me. Enjoy!
