Today I was reading through twitter and saw a tweet from Guy Kawasaki (great marketing and entrepreneurship blog) telling people about the new Alltop TV. I’d read quite a bit about Alltop and used it a few times and so I was interested in having this blog on Alltop. Here’s a brief summary of what Alltop is:

We import the stories of the top news websites and blogs for any given topic and display the headlines of the five most recent stories. When you place the cursor over a headline, we display part of the story so that you can decide if you’d like to read it. To read the story, click on its title. To go to the home page of the site, click on its domain name.

So, basically the Alltop TV is an aggregation of a bunch of TV news sites and blogs.

After quickly reading the Alltop FAQ, I found that twitter seemed to be the best way to get listed. So, I sent my own tweet to Guy asking to be listed on http://tv.alltop.com/

A few minutes later I got the reply from Guy saying that I was listed. Man, I love the power of twitter. It connect people in such amazing ways.

Now to see how well this blog does on Alltop. I think I just became an Alltop fan.
