I have 2 friends who just graduated from college and are going through the miserable experience we call job searching. What makes it even more difficult is that you aren’t really searching for a job anymore, but after college you are really looking for a career. This is what you are potentially doing for the rest of your life. So, you have to choose well.

There are tons of job websites out there. I’m sure most people have hit Monster, but from my experience those job boards suck. They aren’t looking for college graduates on Monster. They are looking for seasoned professionals. Sure, go ahead and put your resume on monster. I also love to look on Monster to see all the different types of jobs out there.

However, you have to try other ways to find a job. One that I found for recent college graduates is called CollegeRecruiter.com(http://www.CollegeRecruiter.com)

CollegeRecruiter.com is the highest traffic career site used by job hunting students and recent graduates and the employers who want to hire them. It is a great option for graduates seeking entry level jobs and internships.
