Great BYU Scheduling

Written by:

While I don’t have a clue if BYU basketball is any good this year I must admit that at this point I don’t really care. I mean there winning even if it is against mediocre teams. From what we’ve seen in past years of the MWC it is usually a pretty good indication of good things to come if you have a good preseason. I’m not sure if it has to do with confidence and that carries over into wins in the MWC or if it is just the parity found in the MWC that you’re going to win quite a few games. The beauty of basketball compared to the horrible bowl system we find in football is that as long as you end in the top 6(I believe) in the MWC then you have a shot at an NCAA berth. What better excitement than that?

On a separate note I don’t think I’ll be tuning in to the game tonight against an inferior opponent. It can’t be good, because I’ll either go away depressed that we lost or I will think that we didn’t find anything knew.
