USC Game

While I’m sad to admit that the BYU basketball game just didn’t catch my attention because of other things I was doing on the internet, I did have the game playing in the background the entire evening. It’s an interesting experience, because you mostly catch hints of what is happening in the game according to the announcers voice. You don’t get to follow the game in detail. I guess that’s the disadvantage of internet radio compared with TV, but that’s a discussion for a later date.

Regardless of my inability to focus on the game, here are a few thoughts:
-It sure sounded like the refs were messing up a lot of calls. Can anyone confirm this either way?
-BYU played well at the beginning, got smoked most the rest of the game, came roaring back near the end and then got squashed in the closing minutes

If the above is true, I’m glad I didn’t focus on the game. It wouldn’t have been good for my health.
