BYU B-Ball Poor from the Foul Line

BYU had a great game in almost every aspect against SUU. The one aspect that wasn’t great was in free throws where they made 13 of 22. Cougar fans use to love to the articles about how BYU was tops in the nation in free throw shooting. Give props to Steve Cleveland for establishing that.

While many people may be satisfied to be tops in the nation in free throw shooting I’d rather be 35th in the nation, but winning games. Forget free throws if we’re losing games.

I guess now we’ll just have to watch and see if making free throws translates into winning games.
