“And the Cougars are winning”

Jason Franchuk in his article for the Daily Herald wrote “And the Cougars are winning” after BYU defeated SUU on saturday night.

Talk about an exageration if there ever was one. Ok, grammatically(if that’s a word) you can say that BYU is winning because they have won 2 games this season, but if BYU loses the next 5 games then those 2 games(one against a much lesser opponent) will have no impact and won’t be anything close to BYU winning.

I hope that it is true that BYU has returned to the winning days of a few seasons ago and returns to the NCAA tournament. Let’s just not count on Weapons of Mass desctruction before they are found.
