I also really liked this commercial for BYU Basketball. Got me going and excited for the basketball season.

As a side note, I went to the exhibition game for UNLV against Washburn and they weren’t looking that impressive. They have a bit of talent, but it’s pretty raw. They actually barely pulled off the win against Washburn.

I think that most people that read this blog are aware of the Cougars Wear Blue campaign that has been going on for a little while now. I think it’s a good initiative even if a sea of Blue isn’t nearly as remarkable as Texas A&Ms auburn or the Yewts Red, or Tenessee’s orange. However, blue’s our color and so I support having everyone wearing that color.

The Wear Blue campaigners have asked people to create some videos promoting this campaign. Some of them are quite funny. Here’s all the ones that I could find for now.

I found this video on a BYU sports message board with the title “Greatest BYU Dunk Ever.” While this is an impressive dunk, I seem to remember it being even bigger when I watched it live. I’m not sure if it’s the low quality youtube video or what. More importantly, is this the greatest BYU dunk ever? I think that unfortunately it might be. I seem to remember one from Trent that should be up there. Honestly, I’m just happy any time someone from BYU dunks. It’s too rare of an occurrence.
