Heat in Arizona vs. Nevada Determines Where to Buy Real Estate

Today, I could certainly feel why they call Las Vegas the desert. It was miserably hot. Not that this is anything new. Sure, you can find a bunch of nice houses at Las Vegas Real Estate sites. In fact, the city is growing so much you can get just about anything you want in Las Vegas.

However, today I realized that I’m in the wrong heat. The newsman reported that in Arizona they didn’t even break the triple digit temperatures today. What’s going on here? Arizona must be hotter than Nevada. I guess I was wrong. I’ll have to go visit Scottsdale Real Estate Services and see if I can find me a nice house where I can move out of the heat of Nevada. I wonder how big a mortgage I’d need in Arizona.
