Pleural Mesothelioma and Other Forms of Mesothelioma Cancer
Written by: JuanchitoA while back I came across the word Mesothelioma on the list of Google Adsense words that people pay big money for. Well, Mesothelioma is a form of cancer. Pleural mesothelioma accounts for 75% of all malignant cases however there are two other types of mesothelioma cancer, peritoneal, and pericardial.
Here’s a list of some of the symptoms of Pleural Mesothelioma:
Pleural Mesothelioma Symptoms
Some of the symptoms of pleural mesothelioma (mesothelioma cancer of the lung lining) include:
pain in the lower back or the side of the chest
shortness of breath
a persistent cough
difficulty swallowing food
fever and sweating
fatigue
weight loss.
Here’s a list of the symptoms of Peritoneal Mesothelioma:
Peritoneal Mesothelioma Symptoms
Symptoms of peritoneal mesothelioma (abdominal mesothelioma - mesothelioma of the lining of the stomach) include:
stomach pain
nausea and vomiting
weight loss.
In a search of why lawyers want to talk with people having cases of Mesothelioma is the following:
Mesothelioma is a disease that is almost 100% preventable; the only known cause is via exposure to the deadly mineral Asbestos. It comes from inhaling the particles of dust as the asbestos degrades; eating away at the lining of your lungs and developing into a deadly cancer. Dust that was inhaled in clouds of white powder, dust that was carried home on the clothes of the men who built this country, dust that was cleaned from the clothes by the wives and children who supported their sole provider at home, dust that was packed around the heating systems in houses and offices and schools, dust that carried a deadly price; and dust made a fortune in blood money for the companies that produced it.
Asbestos explains why mesothelioma is so wanted. People that have mesothelioma very likely have a law suit or legal case against a former employer. Very interesting stuff.

Keyword Search Tool
Written by: JuanchitoThis is an oldie, but a goodie. For those people wanting to learn to optimize their website or blog to be seen in search engines, you need to check out the keywork search tool by overture. You put in a few keywords and then you’ll see how many times that keyword and related keywords are searched.
One other secret I’ll tell you is that just because it has 1 million searches doesn’t mean it’s the best keyword for the site. Mortgage is searched a lot on the internet. However, if you can get to the top of Google for the keywork mortgage then you don’t need to be reading my blog. For most people you want to find a keyword that is searched enough to get you traffic, but not so much that the web is saturated with websites on the subject.

Regionalized Search Engine Marketing
Written by: JuanchitoEveryone has been talking about Web 2.0 and all the various services that it provides. However, it seems to me that when you talk about search engine marketing or SEO then it becomes very regionalized.
Here’s an example of a company that takes care of Search Engine Marketing in Austin. You can read on their website all about what they take care of. They work in every facet of online marketing such as affilliate marketing, paid search advertising, natural search engine optimization, pay per call management, search engine marketing training and search engine marketing analysis.
For all those users that need search engine marketing in Austin, you should get ahold of this company. It is the largest search engine marketing firm in Austin, and the fastest growing in Texas. If you’re from Texas, you know that everything is bigger in Texas. I guess that applies to search engine marketing too.

Selling a Website and Domain
Written by: JuanchitoI’ve always been interested in the idea of selling a website or domain to another person. If you don’t have a website that is a very well known name or company than it is sometimes difficult to sell your website. I previously posted about a company that was selling their website on ebay. That seemed like a decent idea, but how many people really search for a website purchase? I think that still leaves most of the marketing to you.
Today I found a site that might solve some of the pain of marketing a website you want to sell. It’s called DealASite.com. It’s a nice clean concise website for DealASite.com“>buying or selling a website.

What My Wife Will Do For Money - I’m Never Napping Again
Written by: JuanchitoOn Monday I returned to work after having 2 weeks off. So, this week as been quite difficult. As a tech person, the work just continues to pile up when you’re not there. Therefore, Saturday was a welcome respite from the wicked return to work. As such, I decided to take a little nap to try and recover from a difficult week at work. I’ve learned my lesson. My wife loves a new website that pays you to post to your blog called PayPerPost. She decided she’d support her addiction by writing PayPerPost.com on me.

She’s titled this photograph “Ode to Consumer Generated Advertising“ Any art galleries interested in her work?

Vote on My Ideas at Cambrian House Crowd Sourcing
Written by: JuanchitoI don’t usually like to copy posts from one of my blogs to the other. This one was important enough that I think it was worth copying. Here’s information about a new website I’m trying where you submit your own ideas. Those ideas are evaluated and the best ideas actually developed.
They have a sign up contest going on right now where you can become apart of Guiness Book by signing up for Cambrian House

For all of those that read this and want to help me out you can take a look at the ideas I’ve submitted and vote them up for me. Here are my best ideas so far:
It’s Just Lunch for Networking
Gwabs Gone Dancing/Hot Gwabs Contests
You should know that Gwabs is a mix of having a desktop creature and competing against other desktop creatures in a battle. The cool part is that you can use items from the desktop like a start bar to fight. My idea is similar, but applies dancing to desktop creatures. I call them desktop dancers.
This is the first link promotion I’ve done and 2 of my ideas are doing pretty good. They’ve always been in the top 20 and there have been a lot of good comments on my ideas. Hopefully a little link promotion will help them go even higher.
My
profile has links to my other ideas that weren’t so good and will have a list of all the ideas I submit in the future.
Should be interesting to see what happens with Cambrian House. Thanks for all those who vote for my ideas.
Let me know what you think of my ideas.

Selecting an Internet Marketing Agency or Interactive Agency
Written by: JuanchitoEvery business is doing or looking at doing internet marketing. If you aren’t doing internet marketing yet then you are making a very big mistake. I can’t think of any significant business that couldn’t benefit greatly from the right internet marketing campaign. However, I’m guessing that only about 1% of people should try to do their internet marketing on their own. The rest need to go out and find an Internet Marketing Agency. In fact, many should look for an Interactive Agency to cover all of their online marketing needs.
How do you choose between the myriad of Interactive Agencies? You could look at testimonials on the agency’s website. You could search google and see what google says is the top agency. Really, I’m not sure there is ever a sure fire way to cover all of your bases.
However, let me offer 2 things that I found one Interactive Agency called MindComet. First, if you are looking for an Interactive Agency to handle your online needs then you need to take a look at how that company has implemented online strategies on their website. If you look at the MindComet website you can see right off that their website is optimized to hit the keywords that are important to MindComet. Look at the list of important links that not only direct people to their services, but also show search engines what this website is about.
Many people may not know how to tell if a website is search engine optimized or not. If you don’t know then just ask the company some examples of things they do to optimize websites. Then, check the interactive agency’s website for those things. Do they as a company practice what they preach? If they don’t then maybe you should keep looking. If they do then you’re on the right track.
The next thing I liked about the Interactive Agency called MindComet is that they were recently inducted into Marketing Sherpa’s 2006 Viral Marketing Hall of Fame. Sherpa is a fantastic organization that puts out some of the best marketing material out there. The fact that Sherpa recognizes this companies skills is a good sign that this company might just be right for you.
Finally, talk to an interactive agency’s past customers. Those will be the best sources of information. It’s important that you research and pick the right company. Otherwise, you might be missing out on customers finding you online.

Internet Marketing Voodoo’s Podcasts
Written by: JuanchitoI just got my first iPod given to me. I of course would have just bought an mp3 player instead of an iPod if I had actually bought it. Either way, I was interested to check out some different podcasts. In my search I ran across a bunch of nice podcasts form Internet Marketing Voodoo(http://www.internetmarketingvoodoo.com). I listened to a couple podcasts on RSS feeds and email marketing.
I was impressed by some of the personalities they were able to get. It also looked like they had some real targeted information for women and hispanics. Maybe those weren’t of interest because those aren’t my target markets. I wish they would have had more content on some controversial topics like PayPerPost, click fraud, and other topics which are causing problems to internet marketers. The podcasts were very professional though.
