Free Open Source CSS Templates
Written by: JuanchitoI’m always interested in finding free and open source CSS templates on the web. If nothing else it gives you good ideas on what can be done on web pages and a code base you can use to build your own templates. Othertimes, I like to take the whole template and just make some minor modifications to fit a website I’m doing.
Today I was linked to another resource. Since I don’t keep favorites, I just blog about web pages I like here’s a link to Open Designs free and open source CSS templates.
Let me know if you know of other sources for these types of templates.

Check out just a few of the most popular shows on the strip. Ticket prices start at $35 for a Las Vegas show. Click on one of the shows to buy your tickets now.
Penn and Teller (Las Vegas Shows Only)

Blue Man Group (Las Vegas Shows ONLY)

Jersey Boys (Las Vegas Shows ONLY)

Phantom – the Las Vegas Spectacular

Wayne Brady (Las Vegas Shows Only)

Comedy Pet Theater (Las Vegas Shows Only)

Fab Four Live (Las Vegas Shows Only)

Scarlett- Princess of Magic (Las Vegas Shows Only)

American Storm (Las Vegas Shows Only)
Mesmerized (Las Vegas Shows Only)
I’ve personally seen Blue Man Group and Phantom and they are both spectacular experiences. I’ll give the edge to Blue Man Group, because it’s so unique and different. Plus, it hits all of your senses in such a variety of ways. The ending of Blue Man Group also just can’t be described. I’ll leave it at that so I don’t give too much away.
The comedy pet theatre is done by a guy named Popovich that I first saw on America’s Got Talent. Nice to see he’s making a living with a show on the las vegas strip.
Anyone else have Las Vegas shows that they like on the list?

Balancing SEO Efforts
Written by: JuanchitoI was just looking today at my stats. Ok, I check them every day, but today I was thinking about the difficult challenge of balancing my SEO efforts. The question is whether I should continue to reinforce the existing keywords that are already bringing me large amounts of traffic versus building SEO for new keywords.
Of course the answer (like it usually is) is that I need to keep doing both. The hard part is finding the balance between the two. I don’t know a good model for doing the balance. Anyone have any suggestions?
At the end of the day, I just keep trying to create great content with good, relevant keywords and I try not to worry too much about the rest. I think it was Gary V who said something like do something, because something is that much more than nothing. I just keep trying to do a little bit of something each day to build my online empire. Maybe one day I’ll host a video show where I have the guts to make a cold sales call unscripted like Gary V. Until then, I’ll just keep doing something.
