I came across some fabolous news today about the SUV choir started by Gladys Knight won a Grammy.

This is really quite amazing. An lds group getting a grammy other than the Mormon Tabernacle choir? The other cool part is that my stake just reorganized and I’m told that I’m now in Gladys’s ward. Hopefully that translates to some great special musical numbers. Although I must admit that personally I often enjoy the intermediate hymn, because then it lets me sing which is something I love.

My friend from BYU sent me a link to a very disturbing piece of news. It is on KSL The thing that is most disturbing from my point of view is that he was my professor for one class. I didn’t really like his class and felt like most of it was busy work. Regardless it is sad that anyone from BYU would do something like that. I hope that is moments of indiscretion won’t do anything to discredit BYU.

1. Talkr files – for each full post (not comments yet) there is an mp3 audio file. This is generated automatically using Talkr ( Click on the ‘Listen to this article’ link at the end of each post.
2. feed2podcast files – this produces a streaming audio file of the whole blog, in reverse chronological order. This is generated automatically using feed2podcast (

I knew there was a good reason I’m so healthy. I found out why from a study that showed that Laughter increases blood flow which causes a lot of good things. I love to laugh and can laugh about most anything. In fact, I must admit that I am the funniest person I know. I can make myself laugh over just about anything. That is one key to being healthy.
